Testing: LCC can help you assess your current or future employees’ English language skills in speaking, writing, listening and reading.  Whether for internal promotion or during recruitment, our language tests will assist you in finding the right candidates. 

Following assessment, you will receive a comprehensive report detailing the strengths and weaknesses of your candidates as well as the areas they should focus on to meet your standards. 

Training

Consider the aims and goals of your company and employees when deciding which option best fits your needs. Choose from the following 3 options:

  • Your employees can join LCC’s regular English classes and business programs.  Please refer to the specific program pages on this website for details and costs of all our programs.
  • Group classes can be scheduled exclusively for your business, at your site or online, tailored to workplace needs and English levels of participants.
  • Specific programs can be planned for customer service representatives, warehouse personnel, managers, supervisors, technicians or any other job classification with unique needs.
  • One-on-one or small-group tutorials can be arranged, online or in person, at our site or yours, to provide targeted and intensive language support in one or more skills.
