Business Operations and Digital Marketing

Overview

The Business Operation and Digital Marketing Diploma with Co-op Program combines the Digital Marketing and Office Administration diploma (DMOA) with a Leadership Preparation diploma (LPD) to create a strong basis for career growth, enabling graduates to be prepared for promotion to higher levels in their careers. The Business Operations and Digital Marketing Diploma Program is a Career Co-op program, which also includes additional elective courses, a co-op work component, and a post-work tutorial.

The Digital Marketing and Office Administration Diploma (DMOA) Program with Co-op is designed to help participants develop practical and organizational skills to handle administrative tasks in general office settings with a focus on online marketing and junior bookkeeping skills. DMOA enables students to learn the fundamentals of online marketing and gain hands-on experience by applying the latest digital marketing skills. Students are required to do independent activities, graded assignments and/or exams for each course; each student will work on individual as well as group projects.

The Leadership Preparation Diploma (LPD) program is designed to introduce concepts and develop skills needed to be a future leader. LPD enables students to develop strong decision-making and organizational skills, to clarify goals and to lead a team in achieving them.

How it Works

The Business Operations and Digital Marketing Diploma with Co-op will get you working in Canada. You will gain knowledge and develop skills that you can apply in your co-op work term and in your career.

You can choose to include LCC’s Business Diploma Program (BDP) as part of this Co-op program. The Business Diploma program will provide you with information about Canadian workplace practices and support you to create a Canadian-style resume.

During your study term, you will complete the required coursework for the DMOA AND LPD. You will also take elective courses to improve your English language skills and competencies.

Work Term

During your work term, you will find a job which allows you to apply your new skills and knowledge. LCC offers free job support services to help co-op students find work.
