A 52-week combined delivery program that brings together Digital Marketing & Office Administration and Leadership Preparation into one unified learning pathway — from foundational business and financial skills to confident, people-focused leadership.
This program is designed for learners who want flexibility without losing practical application. Most coursework is completed online asynchronously, while the in-class capstone projects allow students to demonstrate applied business, marketing, administrative, financial, and leadership skills.
Modern workplaces need professionals who can do more than complete one type of task. Employers often value people who can communicate clearly, organize information, support office systems, understand basic financial processes, use digital tools, create marketing content, and work effectively with teams.
The Diploma in Office Management and Leadership helps students develop a practical, transferable skill set across office administration, digital marketing, bookkeeping, business communication, and leadership. It is designed for learners who want to strengthen their professional confidence and prepare for potential opportunities in office, administrative, marketing, accounting support, and team-support roles.

Students develop practical workplace skills in office administration, Microsoft Office, bookkeeping, payroll, digital marketing, business reporting, and leadership throughout the diploma program.
The diploma is organized into two major learning components: Digital Marketing & Office Administration and Leadership Preparation. Each component includes asynchronous online coursework and an in-class capstone project.
The curriculum combines Digital Marketing and Office Administration with Leadership Preparation. Students study office administration, bookkeeping, content marketing, web analytics, leadership styles, organizational psychology, change management, global communication, mentoring, and workplace problem-solving before completing two 40-hour in-class capstone projects.
Throughout the Office Management and Leadership Diploma, students build practical workplace skills in:
Upon successful completion, students will have demonstrated the ability to apply practical business, marketing, administrative, financial, and leadership skills.
