LCC’s Business Certificate in Vancouver introduces students to practical business communication and workplace skills. Students learn how to speak and write professionally in business settings, handle customer service and telephone interactions, understand basic finance and marketing concepts, and prepare Canadian-style resumes and cover letters.

This 8-week business skills course is designed for learners who want practical training in professional English, business writing, customer service, office communication, and career preparation in Canada.

Students who successfully meet all academic requirements will receive a Business Certificate from LCC.

Global Talent Loans offers low-interest, government-funded loans from $1,000 to $30,000 for eligible BC residents who are permanent residents, naturalized Canadian citizens, or granted refugees and who have post-secondary education from outside Canada.
The program can help cover short-term training under two years, as well as books, course materials, laptops, software, and other costs related to your career goals.
In addition to funding, participants may also receive career planning, employment support, webinars, mentor matching, and job-search support while completing their Business Certificate in Vancouver.

To register for the Business Certificate program, students must meet the English language requirement for this program. Students may provide approved English test results or complete an LCC English assessment. If you are not sure about your English level, LCC can help you check your level before registration.

  • LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY REQUIREMENTS:To register for the Business Certificate program, students must have an English level of at least CLB 6 or IELTS 5.5, or provide equivalent proof of English language proficiency.
