You can join if you are:
- Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Protected Person (eligible to work in Canada)
- Unemployed
- Non-EI-eligible
- Under-employed and lacking skills
- 18 years or older
- Able to commit to five (5) weeks of full-time classes

Skills & Supports for Job Success (Vancouver) provides group workshops and one-on-one sessions:
- Individual planning — assessment of your strength, skills and interests; and job targeting
- Career portfolio development
- Interview skills training
- Supported job search — coaching and job leads
- Work experience placements and wage subsidies
- Short-term certificate training
- Weekly touchback sessions
- Follow up appointments for future job prospects
