Improve your listening comprehension, vocabulary, idioms, and expressions through specific listening exercises based on current North American TV programs and popular movies.
- Instructors use movies and TV programs including comedies, dramas, news, and interviews as class materials
- Topics are discussed in class, and individual assignments will improve your understanding
- Have proven English proficiency of at least a Canadian Language Benchmark of 3+ (lower intermediate level).
Before registering for a course students will need to provide proof of English proficiency. This can be done by providing a valid IELTS, TOEFL, CLBPT or CELPIP score or by taking LCC’s English Assessment.
