TOEFL is an English proficiency exam accepted as an entrance standard by most North American universities and colleges. Our TOEFL preparation course offers covers all aspects of TOEFL, including independent and integrated speaking tasks, listening comprehension, vocabulary, grammar, academic reading, independent and integrated writing tasks, and timed test-taking skills. Students practice for the Internet-based TOEFL using LCC’s computer lab.
“Before coming to LCC 2 years ago, my TOEFL score was too low for university. Now, it’s 97! I want to study network security at university, and my score is more than enough.
I advise students to follow teachers’ tips about how to pass the TOEFL — they work!! Also reading a lot of different material really helped. Every teacher is unique and all share their own perspective. You learn from all of them in a different way. I could experience test pressure in class, so I felt I really knew what was going on when I took the test!”
